This website is operated by FOSS UAV Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14271205) with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to manage that relationship.
When you visit the site our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and where relevant to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile, a privacy-preserving check that helps stop spam on the contact form.
- Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US Data Bridge.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and normally for no longer than two years after our last contact, unless we need to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email uav@fossuav.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
